Description
I will not sing of haiku and Tanka this recipe. But it is very tasty. Of course, this is not a rolls and regular spring rolls with sweet filling. I think this version of the dessert is very suitable for a romantic dinner. I offer it as a gift to all lovers for Valentine's Day.

Cooking
Cook the pancakes on his favorite recipe. I have my own this recipe. In a container pour the milk and boiling water. Add sugar, salt, eggs and whisk all minute with a mixer. Add flour, baking powder, whisk until smooth, to avoid lumps. Pour sunflower oil "Oleyna" (2 tbsp.). And stir.
The pan greased with oil and bake in the usual way the pancakes on both sides until it will turn brown.
Depending on the thickness of the obtained 18-22 pancakes.
For the filling, take the frozen cranberries.
Pour the cranberry semi-sweet red wine (in the original "Port"), add freshly squeezed orange juice, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon stick.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook on a medium heat to reduce volume by 2 times. Set aside to cool.
Prepare the cream. Beat with a mixer the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in the foam.
Add cream cheese and again whisk.
Take the cooled pancake, grease it with cream, rolled into a tube.
Cut the tube to "roll" with a length of about 3 cm Put 15 minutes in the refrigerator to cream froze better.
The top of each "roll" put on the berries of cranberries in syrup. Give "rolls" chilled. All the best!
