Cooking
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
To the yeast mixture add the vanilla sugar, cottage cheese and flour.
Leave it for 1 hour in a warm place to increase in volume.
After that, divide the dough into small equal pieces.
