Oatmeal creme brulee with ginger cream
Oatmeal Brulee with Ginger Cream. This dish is essentially the same as oatmeal, but is presented as a hot dessert. Berries, crisp caramel crust and a cream sauce give this dish a piquancy and make it just perfect for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Ginger

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    0.5 piece

  • Orange zest

    0.5 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Cherry

    0.333 cup

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Berry

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

Cooking

First make the ginger cream. Prepare the spices: peel of half an orange, half a pod of cinnamon and vanilla, 2 plates of ginger.

Add them to the cream, put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and boil on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Cream, strain, add the honey and stir.

Now cook the porridge. Water bring to the boil. Add oat flakes.

Sprinkle the top with sugar. And put under the grill at a distance of 10-15 cm from the heating element until the sugar caramelized, 7 minutes. You can also burn the sugar with a blow torch for creme brulee.
