Chicken puff with bulgur and cheese
Holiday hot appetizer of chicken breast with a juicy stuffing of bulgur, cheese and greens. The aroma of garlic and onions slow-cooked dish adds a special spicy touch. This snack is great because you can serve it without the dressing as a separate dish. Preparing easy and simple, and on the table looks festive and appetizing!

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken breast

    700 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Dill

    2 sprig

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Salt

Bulgur, pour a glass of cold water, a little salt and cook on medium 10-12 minutes after boiling. Cool. Peel the onion, cut into strips and then on the frying pan with vegetable oil and a small amount of water.

In a deep bowl, mix bulgur, onion, finely chopped dill and pressed garlic.

Add egg, ground black pepper, mix well.

Chicken breast cut in half (I had 2 PCs). Turns out the 4 piece. Each piece repel, salt and pepper.
