Description
Holiday hot appetizer of chicken breast with a juicy stuffing of bulgur, cheese and greens. The aroma of garlic and onions slow-cooked dish adds a special spicy touch. This snack is great because you can serve it without the dressing as a separate dish. Preparing easy and simple, and on the table looks festive and appetizing!

Cooking
Bulgur, pour a glass of cold water, a little salt and cook on medium 10-12 minutes after boiling. Cool. Peel the onion, cut into strips and then on the frying pan with vegetable oil and a small amount of water.
In a deep bowl, mix bulgur, onion, finely chopped dill and pressed garlic.
Add egg, ground black pepper, mix well.
Chicken breast cut in half (I had 2 PCs). Turns out the 4 piece. Each piece repel, salt and pepper.
2 layer breast to put the stuffing.
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Leave a little grated cheese for topping before baking.
Cover with remaining breast pieces.
To shift the puffs into a greased refractory form, lubricate cream.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and sesame seeds. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
Oh, what a fragrance flutters around the house! That's the beauty I did it!
Ready snack sprinkle with dill, and serve on a platter whole.
Or cut into slices. Very tasty and satisfying!
