Not often on our tables you can see the radish. But this valuable and useful vegetable should not be forgotten. So I decided to make a salad of black radish "in haste".

Cooking
Radish wash, peel and RUB on a small grater. Sprinkle with salt and let it stand for 20 minutes, then the resulting juice to drain.
Grind the parsley, tomatoes cut into slices or in half. Add to the radish.
Cheese cut into small cubes and sent to the rest of the ingredients. All dressed with butter or sour cream on your choice and stir.
Avocado cut in half and remove the stone.
To fill salad with avocado and serve. Can avocado using a blender to turn into a puree and add to the radish, the bread and healthy sandwiches will decorate your table.
