Description

Liver pate
Very simple and delicious recipe of pate. This is my first recipe, but tried to make it decent.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion peel and finely chop.

Liver washed, cut.

The pan heat. Put half a teaspoon of butter and a teaspoon of vegetable.

Put onion into the pan. Fry until transparent

Add the liver. Fry until cooked (3-5 minutes)

In a blender put the liver, onion, remaining half teaspoon of butter, salt, pepper, parsley.

All grind, but I like when there are small pieces of the liver.

Then run into the garden behind the greenery.

Cut green onions.

We decorate our pate and served with a piece of bread or toast. Bon appetit!
