Apple pancakes with buckwheat flour
Perfect Breakfast for the whole family. Tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Buckwheat flour

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To peel the apples peel and core. Grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with lemon juice, not to dark. Add to taste cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.

Lightly beat the egg with salt, pour the apples. Add sour cream and stir

Now add the dry ingredients, sifting through a sieve: powdered sugar, baking powder and buckwheat flour. Mix well.

That's the kind of consistency you should get our dough

Heat the pan, pour the oil ( I had olive for frying), lay out a tablespoon and fry over medium heat until Golden brown on both sides.

Serve dusted with icing sugar with cream
