Cooking
Butter to grind with sugar, vanilla sugar and zest white.
Enter the eggs one by one.
Flour, starch and baking powder mix and sift.
Gradually mix in to the butter-egg mass and whip.
A ring-shaped cake pan with a diameter of 26 cm oil and propylite flour. Put the dough.
Bake in a preheated to 180 gr. the oven 50-55 minutes.
Ready to give the cake 5 minutes to cool in pan and then turning on the grid before the end of cool.
While baked cake, prepare the cream: all ingredients except butter, cook vanilla pudding with milk. Cover with cling film and leave to cool. Then beat butter and spoon to enter into the pudding. Beat again until smooth cream.
The cooled cake cut horizontally into 3 rings.
All the rings are folded in a stack and press. Then the whole cake on the outside and inside to cover the remaining cream (2 tbsp aside for decoration).
Evenly sprinkle walnut crumbs and gently press.
Cupcake can be decorated with rosettes of cream and cherries.
