The cupcake on the yolks
I want to offer the recipe of the cupcake, where you can use only the yolks. Indeed, there are cases when they remain after the use of proteins and their urgent need to "attach". It is very easy to prepare and the products are always in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Beat to a froth the yolks, adding a little sugar and vanilla sugar. Then, still whisking, add sour cream (yogurt), soda and flour.

The batter should be like thick cream.

Mix gently with cherries.

Baking dish ( I form 20 cm in diameter)grease with butter and sprinkle with flour, pour the batter. Bake in preheated to 180 gr. the oven until tender ( 40-45 minutes)
