Cookies
This yummy cookies can be prepared with sorbitol, with crushed nuts, or ground wafers. In my opinion, with sorbitol tastes better.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Nuts

Melt the margarine and cool.

Boil eggs 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.

Make glaze. In a bowl pour milk, add sugar, butter and cocoa powder. Put on a slow fire.

Continuously stir until smooth and do not boil. Cool.

On a coarse grater grate the yolks.

In the cooled margarine add the egg yolks, sour cream and soda. All mix well.

Then add the flour and knead the dough.

Divide into two parts and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then each piece is rolled with a thickness of 2-3 mm.

Cut dough biscuits, in this case glass.

Put the cookies on a baking tray, covered with baking paper.

Bake at a temperature of 150*C - 20 min. Then the cookies cool.

Dip the cooled cookies in the frosting

Fork remove the excess (if frosting a lot, will flow).

Then crumble in the sorbitol. Be sure to put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
