I love to try the combination of seemingly incongruous. And there is just one Indian cooking site I came across this recipe authored by well-known chef Sanjay Thumm. Very interested in unusual omelette, and I decided to try it. Was incredibly easy and delicious! Try it and You!

Cooking
In a pan pour 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil and spread our macaroni. Fry the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes until light brown.
Tomato cut into cubes, onion half-rings, garlic finely chopped.
In the roasted vermicelli add 1 tsp vegetable oil, tomato, onion, garlic, chillies, spices (all except Chile pepper). A bit diminish the fire. Fry for another 3-4 minutes, continuing to stir.
In a bowl crack eggs, add salt to taste and lightly whisk them with a fork.
Put fried mixture into the beaten eggs, pepper chilli pepper and mix well.
On a clean, dry frying pan, pour remaining oil, pour the egg-vegetable mixture. Close with a lid and tormented on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Overturn the omelette on the other side, again close the lid and keep on heat for another 3-4 minutes.
