Rice with pepper sauce
Fragrant rice with the sauce from the Bulgarian pepper. This sauce is the best decorate the rice - like taste and color. This dish can be eaten with fresh vegetables or serve as a side dish. However, even separately, the sauce deserves attention. Anyone interested - you are welcome!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Leeks

  • Garlic

    150 ml

  • Dry white wine

    30 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

In boiling salted water, drop the bags of rice. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. At the end of time to get the rice and drain off water.

In heated pan with olive oil, fry the finely chopped leek and garlic until soft, stirring occasionally.

Add the chopped red bell pepper. Pour in the wine. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Grind vegetables in a blender. Pour in the broth (consistency, guided by your taste, I added 150-200 ml, approximately). Adjust the taste with salt, black pepper and maybe sugar. Boil down the sauce for another 5-7 minutes, to desired consistency.
