Pan-fried rice with vegetables, seafood, egg and mushrooms and add soy sauce. I love dish Teppanyaki in Japanese restaurants. I have long wanted to reproduce it myself. And I think I succeeded. Try to offer to you a delicious and healthy dish.

To prepare this dish, in my opinion, perfect rice Kuban from TM Mistral. It I used.

Before cooking, I like to fry the rice in vegetable oil. Next fill with water in the ratio of 2:1 and cook the rice until the water has evaporated. In the process of cooking add salt.
