Baked pork
This is the most delicious and pikantnaya meat I have ever tasted. Pear, soy sauce and barberry combined with meat-it's incredible!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

  • Barberry

    1 handful

  • Pear

    1 piece

Cooking

A piece of pork fillet cut, forming pockets and not dorezaya to the end.

For the marinade, mix dried Basil, soy sauce, salt, Khmeli-suneli.

In a baking dish put the meat and pour the marinade.

Pear cut this way.

Insert the pear slices in the pockets (I have the sides added for flavor), sprinkle with barberries. Tolgoi closes the form and send it to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Then bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

20 minutes until cooked remove the foil and allow to brown the meat.
