This recipe my family fell in love at first glance and first sample! Meatballs with rice and cabbage, cooked in creamy onion sauce, are unusually tender, juicy and flavorful! A lovely, hearty meal for the garden and home!

Cooking
We will need the following products.
Boil the rice until half ready, cool. Cabbage to chop, boil, decant the water and allow to cool
The cooled cabbage a good squeeze. Mince meat, onions, garlic, boiled rice and cabbage. In forcemeat add the egg, flour, salt, pepper and stir.
Form small meatballs and roll them in flour. Fry in vegetable oil on one side until Golden brown.
Flip the meatballs, sprinkle with finely chopped onion, pour the milk and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, with the lid closed.
Then pour soy sauce and sprinkle with cilantro or other favorite spices. Simmer for another 7-8 minutes with the lid closed.

Before serving, sprinkle with dill.
You can also serve the meatballs with rice side dish. Hearty and very tasty!
