Fusilli with vegetables
Fusilli - the corkscrew pasta!!! Very juicy and tasty simple dish. I eat everything. Checked.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Melted butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the vegetables. To wash, to clean.

Chop the onion. Our family loves onions. So I cut fairly large. Heat a suitable pan or cauldron. Melt the butter, put the onion. Fry.

Chop the carrot, pepper. I have used a special float. Put to the onion.

Chop the celery, squash and eggplant. Add the cherry tomatoes.

Mix well. Add the soy sauce.

Stir again, cover and simmer until desired tenderness of vegetables.

While the vegetables tositsa, boil pasta until almost ready. To drain the water. Add the pasta to the vegetables. Chop the cilantro.

Stir, cover and turn off the stove. After 5 minutes, you can call all to the table. Bon appetit!!!
