Cooking
Flounder wash and dry. Scissors cut fins and tail.

Mix seasoning with olive oil, squeeze lemon juice and lightly whisk.

Lay the flounder on a baking sheet, the laid foil. And put under the grill of the oven for 15 minutes, 3 power level.
If Your oven is not equipped with a grill, you flounder bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Delicious fish is ready! Decorate the dish with the fish with lemon slices, parsley leaves and vegetables.
