Ribs with potatoes in the oven
Rebryshki pork, well-marinated and the young Egyptian potatoes... the song of spring!!! And outside the window snow!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1.5 kg

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    50 ml

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Saffron

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    3 piece

  • Salt

Rinse the ribs. Dry. Folded into a suitable container prepare the marinade.

Spices can be ground in a mortar.

Mix all the spices, except the olive oil and thoroughly RUB the ribs. Cover the container lid. Leave for a couple of hours at room temperature or refrigerate for a period of from 4 hours to several days.

Well my brush potatoes. Cut potatoes into wedges, rinse in cold water and dry. Include the heating of the oven 180-200*.

Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper edges and potatoes are sent in a container with sauce from the ribs. Add olive oil and thoroughly coat potatoes with sauce.

Spread the potato wedges between the ribs. If desired, put on a baking sheet a few chili peppers.

Send the baking sheet into the preheated oven. I baked ribs, no covering 50 minutes. After 40 minutes they were completely ready, but I decided to leave them in the oven for a little bit, reducing the temperature to 150*. Be guided by Your oven!!!
