Rice pudding with raspberry sauce
What is the pudding? First pudding is the dessert. English child who wants something sweet, may well ask: "Mom, what's for pudding?" Pudding is so popular in England that the dictionaries give other meanings of the word. The expression: "Well, you pudding!" means that the holder of the epithet cheeks long been visible from behind the ears.

    2 cup

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Ice cream

    100 g

  • Raspberry

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Wash rice and boil until tender in three cups of water.

Then the rice to cool and mix with milk and melted ice cream. Put the rice on low heat and heat 15 minutes. Drain the soaked gelatine, mix with half the sugar and pour in the rice milk a lot. Mix well, pour into molds or large salad bowl and put into the refrigerator.
