Delicious and easy to prepare dessert. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user feba_fantom called "Mousse, berries and soft cheese," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Here are the products that are useful to us.
RUB the yolks with sugar and flour, pour the hot milk, put on medium heat and stirring constantly bring to a boil.
When the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and strain, add vanilla. Leave to cool (it is about 400-450 ml.).
Pre-thawed berries to grind into a puree. Gradually add the icing sugar, taste for sweetness, if you don't like very sweet desserts, add lemon juice.
Cheese to put berries and mix well. Sorry no photo of this step. One Cup of vanilla sauce whisk and add to it the cheese-berries mixture.
Mousse spread in portions, decorate and serve. All a pleasant appetite!!!
