The loaf on the serum with semolina
After cooking the curd, I was left with serum. Greed has not allowed me to throw it out. The bread is very soft (even on day 3) and fluffy. With an interesting taste.

Ingredients

  • Serum

    700 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    180 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 kg

Cooking

Warm the serum to dissolve the sugar, oil and yeast.

Then add semolina, egg and flour. At first the dough will be very stick to the hands, but after 7-10 minutes it will become elastic.

Divide the dough into 3 pieces and shape the loaves. Leave for 30 minutes under a towel. Bake in a preheated 200-220 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
