Hearty casserole of potatoes and young zucchini.

Cooking
Cut the meat into pieces. In a pan pour water and put it in the meat. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Add lemon juice. Simmer the meat on low heat until evaporate the liquid. Meat put on the bottom of the baking dish.
Rinse zucchini with water and cut into cubes. Spread the zucchini on meat.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Put potatoes on top of the zucchini.
Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk. Add salt to taste. Add milk and chopped garlic. Pour the obtained mixture in the casserole.
Top casserole sprinkle with grated cheese.
The form put in the oven. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 200 degrees. It is served hot. Bon appetit!
