Cottage cheese and semolina casserole with pumpkin
Lush and delicate zapekanka with pumpkin and cinnamon filling. A wonderful dessert for tea, and for Breakfast useful and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    700 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Pumpkin

    1 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pumpkin peel and grate on a fine grater, to get a Cup full of grated pumpkin.

In a bowl mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous lush mass.

Take half a glass of semolina TM Mistral, and

To add to to the curd mass. Mix well.

Half cottage cheese and semolina mass put in a baking dish, then top evenly spread the pumpkin and sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon.

Put the remaining mass, flatten and send in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees, bake until cooked and Golden colour.

The finished casserole to cool and get out of shape on a dish.

Casserole sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
