Description
A kebab Hanski - the most unusual barbecue I was doing and ate. Barbecue for lovers of the liver, however, and for non-fans too, because the liver becomes so delicious that I'm surprised you haven't eaten it before? About me in the first place! :)

Cooking
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
To the onions add the liver, salt, pepper, dried dill, garlic, crushed through a press, soy sauce and simmer, stirring occasionally, until tender liver.
Once the liver is ready, grind it with onions in a meat grinder.
Prepare the vegetables. Tomatoes cut into slices, pepper strips.
Fat mesh cut into squares. Put a tablespoon of the liver, top a few slices of tomato, the tomato stick pepper.
Wrapped in a mesh like roll.
The resulting string rolls on the skewer. They do not fall off of skewers, about it not to worry.
Roast over coals until Golden brown.
