Cooking
To chop the cabbage. Begin to fry in oil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater (can not put), onions sliced, add to the cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir and fry until tender.
You can put in a small amount of water. You can use the slow cooker - about 25-30 minutes on the "Baking" (125 ounces of water half of the head).
Beat eggs to a froth, add the semolina, stir, let stand for 5 minutes.
When the cabbage is ready, pour the eggs, stir and leave on low heat under the lid for a couple minutes. Then remove from heat and let stand for another 10 minutes.
