Meat with vegetables in potato pancakes
A full dinner in one pancake.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.25 plug

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.17 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Add to the meat salt, pepper, oregano, vinegar and soy sauce, Kikkoman. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Cut all vegetables in small pieces. The cabbage strips. Vegetables can be any and in any quantity. Can add a bow and greenery according to your desire.

Potato peel and grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

On a heated pan put a thin layer of potatoes, making the pancake, fry on both sides.

Meat together with the marinade spread on a heated with oil pan. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the lid and fry the meat until light brown.

On one half of a potato pancake spread the vegetables and meat. Optionally, you can add ketchup. Cover with other half of the pancake.
