Curry of green vegetables with feta cheese

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Curry

    2 tsp

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cut onion into rings and fry in oil until transparent.

Add the beans and fry for 3 minutes.

Then add the peas and simmer all together for another 3 minutes.

Then add spinach, curry, pepper (to taste), all mix well and simmer for 6-7 minutes until tender.

Cheese cut into cubes. Add to vegetables at the end of cooking. My cheese is very salty, so salt I don't add to the dish.
