Cooking
Eggs boiled soft boiled, after boiling, 4 min. Rinse with cold water and clean gently.
Boil the rice in salted water in the ratio 1:2, until absorbed all the liquid. For this dish I have used basmati rice Quinoa Mix from TM Mistral. You can use any rice of TM Mistral.
Mushrooms and onion finely chop.
Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil until tender.
To the mushrooms add the roasted flour and quickly stir. Pour in the cream and stir continuously until the cream starts to boil. Immediately remove from heat.
Cut another onion and fry it in vegetable oil.
Add to the onions basmati rice Quinoa Mix from TM Mistral. Keep on heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
In the high-temperature portion of the form put the rice to half.
The sauce on top of mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Sent in a preheated 200 deg. the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. The crust is not needed. Sprinkle with greens.
