Festive meatloaf with vegetables
Hearty, rosy and unusually tasty meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    80 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

In minced meat add soy sauce, nutmeg. Stir. Baton smash into pieces and pour 3 tbsp of milk.

Green onions finely chop and sprinkle them over the vegetable layer.

Foil to form a mold roll. On top of the loaf sprinkle with oat bran. Roll put on a baking sheet. Roll put in preheated oven and bake 30-45 minutes at 180 degrees on the middle shelf. The finished loaf is allowed to cool. Detachable foil. Roll cut into pieces and served to the table.
