Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Greens

    2 sprig

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Pistachios

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Wash and dry vegetables. Peel the pistachios. Pumpkin, I use canned, but in the absence of such - boil the pumpkin pieces for 5 minutes and put in weak vinegar marinade for 15 - 20 minutes.

Tomatoes cut into rings and spread on a dish.

Soy sauce ( I use soy sauce for sushi and sashimi from TM Kikkoman), mustard and aromatic salad oil beat well with a fork until a homogeneous emulsion.
