Cooking
I used a 10 tubers. (Number at your discretion. Depends on the size over the meat). 1. Peel the potato. 2. My. 3. Leave for 5 minutes in cold water.
Cut the potatoes in half.
Use 1 egg. 1) break it 2) whisk until smooth consistency
In the beaten egg, adding pepper to taste. Salt. And 2 tablespoons vegetable oil/olive new (to taste).
Prepare proton. Use foil. Cover. Lubricating oil rust/olive.
"Bathe" our potatoes in the beaten eggs. And spread on proton in the ranks
Further, in the remaining beaten egg, add 1 tea. Lies. Flour, and pour our potatoes as sauce. sprinkle with salt.
Heated the oven. 200° (Temperature varies, depending on your oven). And leave for 25 minutes ( time varies depending on your oven).
