Absolutely stunning recipe! Honestly - very tasty, fragrant! All in one: soft, juicy meat in a fragrant sauce and then the bun that you dip in this sauce.

Ingredients

    0.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Jam apricot

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Broth

    160 ml

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    80 ml

Cut with beef excess fat, remove the film. Cut into slices of 3 cm.
