Fish and vegetable cutlets (option).

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    600 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Bran

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

Fillet finely chop (you can all skip through a meat grinder and be done with it:) it's like someone loves, but I suggest this option).

Zucchini RUB on a small grater.

Potatoes RUB on a small grater.

Soy sauce mixed with bran.

Add all the fish, also add the grated onion, add salt, spices and mix well.

To form cutlets, roll in bran (or flour, semolina) and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
