Cooking
Melted margarine thoroughly mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Drive egg and beat 3-5 minutes.
Pour the mulled wine, add the cocoa, coffee and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour the flour with the baking powder. Knead the dough with a mixer.
Form to cover with paper, grease with oil and pour on top of the dough. Evenly distribute and flatten.
Send in a preheated 160 degree oven for 50 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
Gently with paper remove from the mold and allow to cool completely. Cut the middle in half. One half liberally with jam (I have cherry-peach )and cover with the second half. Cut into cakes.
In a water bath melt the chocolate and spread it over the cakes. Sprinkle chocolate chips and allow to solidify.
That's all!!! BON APPETIT AND TEA!!
