Baby carrots with mozzarella and sunflower seeds
A great accompaniment to a glass of dry white wine and not only.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Black pepper

  • Salt
