Cooking
Dissolve in warm milk yeast. Add 5 tbsp of flour. Mix well. Cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour. I put in a warm oven.
Using a grater to remove the orange zest. From the pulp squeeze the juice.
This turned out to be starter.
In the remaining flour, add sugar, salt, butter, egg, orange juice and yeast. Knead the dough. I did it with the help of a food processor. Cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Raisins wash. Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
Almond scald with boiling water. To allow to stand. Remove skin. I cleaned only 2 nuts and salinillas :-)
Silicone form sprinkle with water. At the bottom lay the almonds.
Take out the dough. Add the raisins and the orange zest. Mix well. Put into a form. And let stand for another 20-25 minutes.
Bake 45 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Remove. Let it stand to cool.
Flip onto a plate. Handsome :-)
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
