Description
As is clear from the naming – with plum. We now have prunes, remarkably suitable for this kind of baking. (Excuse the photos taken with the phone, so all the delights of pastries not to pass)
Cooking
The oven is heated to 180 C. Take the form of a 20 by 20 cm or 12-Cup muffin muffins – grease, or to make paper (I have silicone molds – no sprinkled). Sift the flour with the baking powder, salt, cinnamon. In a large bowl whisk drain. the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one, after each addition beat well. Add Rast.butter, vanilla, and zest, mix. Reduce speed of mixer to minimum, and then gently pour the flour. Stir, not whisking. Put the dough to one half of the molds, put the halved plums cut up and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 40 minutes in great shape, small in approximately 25 to dry splinter. Cool 5 minutes in pan and 15 minutes on the grill. You can sprinkle the cooled brownies with powdered sugar or dust with cinnamon. Shelf life at room temperature about 2 days. Remarks: Instead of plums you can use cherries, apples, nectarines, peaches)
