Turkey in the pot
Tender, delicious and flavorful meat. Very juicy, with spicy Oriental notes. Vegetables and mushrooms complete the picture, but the ease in preparation makes this dish a regular guest at your table.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 g

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    5 tsp

  • Thyme

    0.1 tsp

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Soy sauce mixed with chili sauce (who doesn't really like spicy, Chile decrease)

Add thyme, cilantro, and cumin. Mix well

The Turkey cut into cubes, small pieces and pour the marinade, stir thoroughly and leave for an hour

Along with the marinade, put the meat in a pan on medium heat and simmer for 5 min.

Onion cut into half rings and add to meat, simmer for another 5 min.

Freshly ground black pepper to taste add the meat and simmer for another 5 min.

Meat put in pots (I have 5 PCs), distributed broth from the meat equally (to extinguish on average fire gives meat a lot of juice)

Next, spread enough srednefontanskiy potatoes, salted according to your taste

The next layer is mayonnaise mixed with garlic, passed through a press and finely chopped parsley (you can take your favorite herbs)

Next, spread the mushrooms canned sliced 2 tbsp.

Beans 2 tbsp.

Spread on top the grated cheese to your liking. And send it on a 30 min our pots at 200 C in the oven
