Cobbler is a cake upside down. Most often fruit. But not always. My cobbler with chicken and bell peppers. Or chicken with rolls. As you like. In any case, this is a very tasty dish.

Cooking
Chicken wash, wipe dry with paper towel, cut into portions. Chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Roasted chicken folded into a baking dish.
In oil in which we fried the chicken, fry the finely chopped onion, red pepper, add the chopped garlic, thyme leaves and paprika.
