Pasta with chicken and sauce a La Pesto out of broccoli
Pasta of durum wheat with boiled chicken breast in a sauce of broccoli, goat cheese and nuts. Tasty and healthy dish where the broccoli is very cleverly disguised - trick for the kids who don't really like this vegetable.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Goat cheese

    40 g

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Salt

Chicken breast (2 PCs) pour boiling water and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. After cut into cubes.

While cooked chicken breast, broccoli (100 g) to parse into florets, wash and boil in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. It should not be too overcooked.

Broccoli cool slightly, combine in the bowl of a blender with nuts (30 g), garlic (0,5 tooth.) and goat cheese (40 g), which can be replaced with cottage cheese.
