Cooking
Onion peel and cut into rings. Put in a bowl and pour balsamic vinegar. Leave for 15 minutes.
Zucchini cut into slices thickness of about 5 mm and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

In a clean pan pour 1 tsp of olive oil and add pressed garlic. Fry for about 30 seconds.
Roasted garlic is lightly spread on the surface of the pan and cover it with a slice of white bread. Fry the bread until Golden brown, flip and dry the other side. Remove from the pan and cut into dice.
On a plate put the fried zucchini, then mushrooms, croutons of white bread and onion rings. Sprinkle ground black pepper and decorate with dill and onions.
