  • Potatoes

  • Cabbage

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Dill

Beets, potatoes and carrots should be boiled or baked. I do it in the steamer for 60 minutes. Then I put the beets in cold water to "walk". Time of preparation without cooking the vegetables.
