I want to share with You the recipe for crispy, flavorful and delicious cookie "Spekulos". In Germany, Sweden and Denmark Spekulos must - have food in Christmas and new year holidays, and in Belgium and the Netherlands they are prepared all year round. Homeland cookies are considered from two countries, Belgium and the Netherlands, but today I offer to cook biscuits according to a traditional Belgian recipe. Frankly, I'm absolutely indifferent to any liver, but Spekulos I would eat around the clock!!! Be sure to try You)

Cooking
Sift flour and mix with soda, salt and all spices.
Soft beat butter with sugar until fluffy, then add 1/3 of the flour mixture and whisk. Add the milk and beat again. Then add the remaining flour mixture and knead the dough. With spices, the dough turns a nice chocolate color. Cut the dough into 4 parts.
From each side to make a flat cake, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
Then you take one tortilla, roll and notch make cookies.
The pan dimmed with baking paper, put the finished cookie. While preheat the oven to 170 degrees, baking tray with cookies put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
For biscuits I used cinnamon Haas TM
For topping cookies, I used powdered sugar TM Haas.
Cookies bake 10-15 minutes, watching to not burn the bottom and edges. Ready cookies cool and before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
