Pancakes with leeks and tomatoes
Delicate pancakes with leeks and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

  • Leeks

  • Tomato

  • Vegetable oil

Make your favorite pancake batter. I made it with whey + water, eggs, flour, salt, pinch of sugar and added baking soda, slaked vinegar. The dough should be quite thick.

Cut the leek (use about 1/2 of a small thin stalk) half rings and add to the batter, and then stir.

Tomatoes cut into slices.

Lightly fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil.

Pour the batter on the fried tomatoes, so that it was enveloped in circles.

Fry fritters from two parties to readiness. Serve with sour cream or any favorite sauce.
