Cooking
The ribs cut into portions, 3-4 "ribs".
Prepare the marinade based on lemon juice and soy sauce Kikkoman.
Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Garlic and ginger finely chop with a knife.
Add to marinade-garlic, ginger, freshly ground black pepper, curry and 1 teaspoon of tomato paste from a small package.

Put marinated ribs in a sleeve for baking and put into the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. In a frying pan or saucepan pour 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, heated and dissolve honey in it. If you love sweetbreads, honey - put more (2 tablespoons), if not - less (1 tablespoon).
Remaining in the pack of tomato paste diluted with water to the consistency of sour cream.
Add the pasta to the glaze. This also added 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. If You don't have it, it is better to add lemon juice. The glaze boil for about five minutes on high heat.
By the time the ribs are almost ready. Cut the sleeve and sent the ribs back into the oven for 10 minutes for Browning.
Coat the ribs with glaze and again in the oven for 10 minutes.
