Sweet bagels for tea made from early ripening of dough, and I love old and small. And I hope that you will like.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    2 pack

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Jam

  • Egg white

    2 piece

Cooking

Prepare the dough: melt Margarine.

In a container pour milk.

Add two egg yolks.

And in the end, the flour.

Knead the dough and leave for about 30 minutes.

Make Crescent rolls: roll the Dough into a pellet with a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Cut into triangular pieces.

And screw the bagels.

Bagels to dip one side in egg white and then into sugar.

Opposite side put the bagels on a baking sheet. The dough needs time for a bit (10-15 minutes). Bake at 200 degrees until cooked.
