Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with curry powder, sprinkle with soy sauce and leave for 30 mins Mushrooms thawed at room temperature.
In skillet, heat half the oil and fry the chicken pieces until Golden brown - 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
All vegetables to be washed. From pepper to remove the core, flesh cut into thin strips. The tomatoes and zucchini cut into circles thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Wash the mushrooms, Pat dry. In a frying pan, where she prepared chicken, heat the remaining oil and fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with oregano and nutmeg, a little salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a greased refractory form put layers of zucchini, pepper, chicken pieces, mushrooms and a mug of tomato. Pour sour cream dressing, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
It turns out very tasty :-) Eat with gusto.
