Description

Cheese Stollen with dates
Stollen (Stollen) is a traditional German Christmas cake with lots of candied fruits, dried fruits and nuts. There is a huge amount of stolen varieties: cottage cheese, poppy, almond, walnut, marzipan and even champagne, dried fruit which is soaked in champagne. Usually Stollen is baked in early December, and is left to Mature until Christmas for 2-3 weeks. During this time he soaked with flavors added fillers and gets the full taste. I suggest one of the options of cooking stolen, which does not require long aging, but nevertheless turns out very tasty and fragrant. Help yourself!
