Potato salad with cucumbers
A very simple salad of available products. This salad is my childhood cooking with my dad when we rested with him alone to the sea, is a typical dish of the bachelor. But so delicious! This is what our memory is selective: for some reason I remember this salad of coarsely chopped vegetables and etched in the memory of a wonderful aroma of fried sunflower oil, which we ran. And in my adult life, I cook it, however, with small changes, quite often, especially in the Post.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Potato peel, boil until tender. Cool, then peel. Cut into wedges.

Fresh and pickled cucumbers cut into wedges.

For dressing mix fragrant sunflower oil and soy sauce. Soy sauce is my innovation in the recipe of this salad. Thanks to him, I don't put in this salad of salt - enough for me sauce. I use naturally brewed light soy sauce TM Cccamp.
