Muffins with Nutella and cinnamon
Offer a delicate fragrant muffins. They are moderately loose, with a crunchy sugar and cinnamon top, tender filling of Nutella. I recommend two hands! Cook them very simply, middle, and becomes a pleasant surprise for the kids.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    60 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Corn flour

    40 g

  • Nutella

    6 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar.

Add the butter and cream cheese, whip (without fanaticism).

Pour in the milk.

Corn flour mixed with the baking powder, put into the egg-maslyanoy-Molo Chou mixture and whisk.

Flour, ProSeal and enter parts. The dough was thicker than sour cream.

Muffin tin of grease, not silicone grease. I took the paper liners. Spread a tablespoon of the dough, top with 1/2 tsp of Nutella, then batter, a little pushing and leveling. I got 15 PCs.

Preheat the oven to 220S. Bake the muffins for five minutes, then reduce the temperature to 175-180C and bake another 15-17 minutes (watch your oven).

To give the muffins to cool slightly. Mix cinnamon with sugar. Melt the butter, brush each muffin top, and sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture.

I have a cinnamon only part of the muffins, sprinkle the remaining powdered sugar and left clean.
